Amelia is monochrome in owl fashion.
The glazed base is a beautiful, almost perfectly round basin, topped with ornaments that resemble a collar of tiny feathers. A dove grey shade dotted with tiny white mottling.
A lampshade, in a word, mesmerising. This flock of owls gazing at the viewer looks as if they are playing a game of 'who blinks first' with us 😉 Monochrome tone, deep indigo.
